Join our webinar – Mediation in regulatory and commercial disputes: Unleashing the power of mediation

19 April 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Litigation can be expensive and time consuming. Mediation is too often overlooked or under-utilised in a lengthy dispute process.

Mediation is becoming mainstream as a way to resolve disputes quickly and cost effectively. Comparatively less attention has been given to mediation in regulatory disputes.

Join our new regulatory and commercial mediation team for a round table discussion with guest speaker, Professor Suzanne Rab, to explore the benefits of mediation in disputes in regulated sectors and raising regulatory issues. Insights will be shared from experiences in the energy, communications, financial services, transportation, and other highly regulated sectors, raising issues as diverse as public procurement, access to infrastructure, construction, environmental and planning, competition law and data protection.

Guest speaker – Professor Suzanne Rab

Suzanne is a barrister at Serle Court and is accredited as a mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and the International Mediation Institute (IMI) focusing on regulatory, EU and competition and trade law.
