In July 2024 Sharpe Pritchard was appointed to the new legal services framework for the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC).

CHIC is a member owned consortium of over 250 bodies, comprised principally of Registered Providers and Local Authorities which offers its members costs savings and efficiencies through access to a panel of specialist law firms.

We’re appointed to the CHIC framework in Corporate, Governance & Finance and Property lots, meaning we can support Registered Providers across a wide range of areas in the delivery and maintenance of high-quality social housing stock.
