Mediation

Our team of mediators are drawn from across our practice areas, offering a wide range of subject expertise, including construction, procurement, employment, infrastructure, local government, PFI / PPP and general commercial. We bring our sector-specific knowledge to conduct mediations for disputes in many fields including highly regulated sectors such as energy, communications and transportation.

At Sharpe Pritchard, we understand that parties entering the mediation process wish to get to the crux of a matter and resolve their dispute as swiftly as possible. As such, our approach is facilitative and focused on moving towards a resolution.

Your mediation can take place in-person or virtually. We have facilities for hosting in-person mediations at our offices in Clerkenwell, or we are happy to host mediations virtually on either Microsoft Teams or Zoom, offering participants considerable flexibility depending on their circumstances.

For less complex matters, we offer half-day and full-day fixed price packages.

For more information about the mediation process or to arrange a mediation, please contact us.
