Susie is an experienced property and regeneration lawyer with more than 10 years’ experience advising clients on complex real estate transactions and regeneration projects.
Susie’s role:

Susie works on complex large-scale development and regeneration projects for our public sector clients, with a focus on mixed-use and housing schemes. She has particular expertise in title due diligence and land assembly.

She also specialises in advising public sector clients, registered providers of social housing and commercial clients on their property portfolios including property disposals and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for leases, licences, assignments and dealing with a wide range of landlord and tenant issues.
