Our team is extremely familiar with, and regularly advises on, all standard form construction contracts including JCT, NEC, PPC, FIDIC, ICE and GC/Works. We are highly experienced in all forms of the JCT and NEC family, with a particular focus on JCT DB and NEC Options A and C.

We also advise on all ancillary documentation including bonds, parent company guarantees, and collateral warranties. In addition, we advise on standard form and bespoke professional team appointments and partnering agreements.
