Laura specialises in non-contentious construction and works exclusively with public sector clients. She has particular expertise in dealing with standard form contracts including the JCT and NEC suites and regularly assists clients with drafting bespoke amendments tailored to their individual needs. She provides advice on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters and works closely with clients to ensure that the outcome meets their requirements.

Laura also has extensive experience of appointing consultants, drafting pre-construction services agreements and dealing with project structures which involve novation.

Laura’s practice also covers public procurement and commercial contracts. Her procurement work is end to end spanning pre-tender preparation of documentation to clarifications with bidders and contract close.
