Flexible Working

Flexible working is not a dirty word at Sharpe Pritchard.

Our hybrid working model is a flexible arrangement whereby employees can combine working from the office with working from home, according to their needs as well as the needs of the firm and clients. Employees should expect to work from the office approximately 20% of their working week. This is the equivalent of one day a week for full-time employees.
