Responding to an adjudication

If you have received a notice alerting you that a contractual dispute has been referred to adjudication, then you will need to act quickly.

The responding party has between 7 and 14 days to prepare response to the referral. This can be a daunting challenge, particularly if you are unfamiliar with the adjudication process when reviewing numerous historic documents to determine the facts of the case.
