Adjudication

Adjudication advice is a specialist service offered by Sharpe Pritchard’s dedicated construction law and dispute resolution teams.

We are experienced in dealing with adjudication under all the major standard form contracts including JCT, NEC and GC/Works. Our team is also very familiar with the procedures under the Scheme for Construction Contracts, the standard form contracts and the key independent bodies, including TeCSA, TECBAR and CEDR.

We recognise that the timescales in adjudication are extremely tight – effectively 28 days from start to finish. This means that the pressures are intense and it is crucial to have calm, experienced and knowledgeable advisors on board.
