Sharpe Pritchard named one of the best companies to work for in the UK

Leading public law firm, Sharpe Pritchard, has again been recognised as one of the top employers in the UK in the Best Companies rankings, in its fourth year of being awarded the accolade.

In an array of impressive achievements, the firm ranked 30^th out of the best mid-sized firms and 8th of the best law firms to work for nationally, also achieving an impressive position in the London league tables, ranking 4^th in the capital.

The firm also achieved an impressive 2-star status under the prestigious Best Companies Accreditation for the third year running – cementing its reputation as one of the top choices of employer in the legal sector.

The Best Companies to Work for in the UK were revealed live at Battersea Evolution on Friday 3 November 2023, providing the firm with an opportunity to celebrate its success in style and meet with other likeminded employers.

Enhancing employment since 2001

The Best Companies Accreditation identifies firms that go above and beyond data collection and engaging meaningfully with employees, through anonymous surveying throughout each company.

“Celebrating the very best in workplace engagement”, the accolade recognises and rewards UK companies at the forefront of employee satisfaction. More than 20 years after its foundation, the ranking is now the standard of workplace engagement in the UK.

Sharpe Pritchard as a top employer

Sharpe Pritchard has featured prominently in past rankings, having ranked 13^th in the Q3 results and 9^th in the UK in the 2022 results.

Reflecting the firm’s continued commitment to employee satisfaction and engagement, this year’s results have been highly encouraging. 95 per cent of staff said they felt proud to work for the organisation, 86 per cent of staff said they received valuable experience from their work, while 81 per cent were satisfied with their current work-life balance.
