Joseph is a leading barrister in the fields of Public, EU and Commercial law. In recent years he has regularly been instructed in a number of the most significant cases to come before the Courts.

Practicing in all areas of public law and human rights law. She is also an expert in local government, and health, community care and mental capacity law, as well as in the field of procurement law and education law.

Steve, who heads up Sharpe Pritchard’s subsidy control team, advises on the full range of subsidies, from minimal financial assistance awards to subsidies of particular interest considered by the Subsidy Advice Unit.
