Natasha is an Associate in the infrastructure department, with a wealth of experience in procurement and contracts. She advises on a range of contract and procurement work for central government and local authority bodies, including drafting contracts and tender documentation.

Natasha has extensive experience in advising on procurement and contracts, including involvement in competitive dialogue and negotiated procedures. She has worked with central government departments, local authorities and other public bodies on waste collection, commercial, construction and consultancy contracts.

  • Waste collection authorities: Advising various local authorities on the procurement of their long-term waste collection, street cleansing, HWRC and WTS contracts. Natasha works closely with the authorities throughout the projects from their inception to the close of the procurement process and into the contract period. Advising on all aspects of the of the procurements, including drafting the contract, Environment Act 2021 considerations and dialogue with bidders.
  • New Hospital Programme: Providing support on this major programme. Advising on complex procurements and drafting a wide range of contracts, including NEC consultancy and construction contracts, partnering agreements and framework call-off contracts.
  • Portsmouth Water: Advising on the procurement of Portsmouth Water’s smart water meter programme.
  • Waste PFI/PPP projects: advising local authorities on their waste PFI/PPP projects, including operational and contractual matters, expiry and re-procurement strategies.
  • Local authority: seconded to a local authority to advise on contracts, governance and procurement. Advising on bespoke IT contracts, concession contracts and on the exclusion of bidders from a procurement process
