Katie advises public and private sector clients on a wide range of planning and environmental matters.
Her expertise includes negotiating and securing planning obligations through section 106 agreements and unilateral undertakings, as well as guiding clients through all stages of planning applications and related processes.
Katie qualified in New Zealand, where she gained experience across planning and environmental issues with a particular focus on urban and residential development. Since relocating to the UK in 2023, she has worked in both a central government legal team and a nationally recognised planning law firm before joining Sharpe Pritchard.
Katie enjoys the variety and challenge that come with the ever-evolving nature of planning law. She takes a down-to-earth, pragmatic approach, working closely with clients to navigate the complexities of planning law and achieve positive outcomes.
