Julia Rudin

Managing Partner

Julia specialises in advising the public sector on PFI and PPP projects and major outsourcing and shared services contracts, administrative and technology law.

Julia regularly advises on large scale and complex public procurements. These cover a wide range of legal issues including intellectual property rights and software licensingdata security, risk transfer, limits on liability and other issues which arise during the contractual process.

Julia has extensive experience of advising on the structure of proposed transactions and the procurement route, drafting all relevant contractual documentation, including commercial contracts, and of leading legal negotiations with bidders.

She advises clients in a wide range of sectors including central government, facilities management, local government and telecoms.

Julia is a member of the Procurement Lawyers Association.
