Beth is a Junior Associate in our Infrastructure and Corporate team with several years of experience in the fields of public procurement and commercial contracts. She advises clients on a variety of prominent procurement exercises and works through intricate issues to deliver the best outcomes for her clients.
Beth’s role:
Beth has extensive understanding of various areas of procurement law, with knowledge of both the PCR 2015 and Procurement Act 2023. She assists clients throughout the entirety of the public procurement process, as well as provides advice relating to complex issues relating to safe harbours under regulation 72 of the PCR 2015.
Beth also has experience in contract drafting, including bespoke drafting for works, goods and services contracts.
Alongside her public procurement experience, Beth advises clients in relation to subsidy control matters, including advising on the requirement to refer subsidies of particular interest to the SAU.
Beth has advised a wide variety of public sector clients, covering both local and central government as well as major infrastructure projects.

Beth’s collaborative approach to work allows her to take both legal and commercial client considerations into account when advising. She provides clients with legal advice that takes into account their particular circumstances and finds effective solutions.
