- Justin is a partner in the Projects Department and the head of our Construction and Engineering Group.
- He has a wealth of experience in advising both the public and private sector on all aspects of construction and procurement law, with a particular expertise in large scale developments and PFI/PPP.
- Prior to joining Sharpe Pritchard, Justin worked for many years at City firms SJ Berwin and Macfarlanes.
- Justin is very familiar with the full range of construction documentation. He drafts, negotiates and advises on building contracts, project agreements, consultancy appointments, bonds, guarantees, warranties.
- He has considerable experience in advising public authorities, developers, consultants and contractors on the full range of construction projects, from major multi-billion pound developments to more specialist and complex schemes.
- Justin also has an in-depth knowledge and practical understanding of procurement law, which has become a critical and integral part of the construction industry.
- He also advises clients on all dispute resolution methods and is regularly instructed in adjudications.
