Join our new regulatory and commercial mediation team for a round table discussion with guest speaker, Professor Suzanne Rab, to explore the benefits of mediation in disputes in regulated sectors and raising regulatory issues. Insights will be shared from experiences in the energy, communications, financial services, transportation, and other highly regulated sectors, raising issues as diverse as public procurement, access to infrastructure, construction, environmental and planning, competition law and data protection.

	Guest speaker – Professor Suzanne Rab Suzanne is a barrister at Serle Court and is accredited as a mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and the International Mediation Institute (IMI) focusing on regulatory, EU and competition and trade law.
	Justin Mendelle – Senior Partner and Mediator, Sharpe Pritchard Justin advises on all aspects of construction law, from major infrastructure and development projects to town centre regenerations. He also advises on all manner of construction disputes, is a recognised adjudication specialist, and is regularly engaged in mediations, arbitrations, expert determinations and litigation.
	Roseanne Serrelli – Partner, Head of Strategic Projects, Innovation and Mediator, Sharpe Pritchard Roseanne is a highly experienced projects, infrastructure and procurement lawyer who has worked on some of the UK’s most innovative and complex projects for the public sector.
