Recent work

  • Thames Tideway Tunnel – we are advising Thames Water on the procurement programme for this top 40 infrastructure project. We have advised on over 40 separate procurements including the procurements of the main works contracts for the tunnel, the enabling and early works contracts;
  • Waste PPP – we have advised on billions of pounds worth of waste PPP/PFI infrastructure projects including WLWA PPP, Buckinghamshire Waste PPP, Milton Keynes energy PPP, Suffolk Waste PFI, Cambridgeshire Waste PFI, Nottinghamshire Waste PPP, Westminster Waste PPP;
  • IT infrastructure projects including broadband roll out programmes;
  • Highways infrastructure improvement projects;
  • Energy infrastructure including planning aspects of solar and windfarm infrastructure projects;
  • Town centre regeneration projects;
  • Infrastructure parliamentary work including in relation to HS2, Crossrail (One and Two), the Thames Tideway Tunnels Order, London Underground Bank Station TWA Order and Special Parliamentary Procedures in relation to development consent orders.
