Sharpe Pritchard, the firm of public law specialists, has been re-appointed to the North West Legal Consortium’s Projects, Procurement and Commercial lot, enabling 48 local authorities and other public bodies to continue to access a broad range of its legal services.
The lot gives consortium members continued access to the firm’s specialist advisors and teams on matters concerning public law, local government, procurement, commercial contracts, company law, transport regulation, state aid, competition law, telecoms, IT and construction (including all forms of dispute resolution).
Justin Mendelle, Senior Partner at Sharpe Pritchard, said: “We are delighted to have been re-appointed to the North West Legal Consortium and to be able to continue to provide top quality legal advice to the public sector.
“Our extensive experience and long-standing relationships with authorities across the country means that we understand the pressures that the public sector faces, especially during this particularly demanding time. We are very well positioned to offer advice and support that is highly attuned to their needs.
“We are delighted to continue working with our existing clients and look forward to forging new relationships with the consortium’s member organisations.”
Sharpe Pritchard is already a preferred supplier on a wide range of panels, including the Crown Commercial Service’s General Legal and Wider Public Sector frameworks, the London Boroughs Legal Alliance, EM LawShare, NHS Shared Business Services Framework and the Orbis Public Law Framework.
