London-based public law firm, Sharpe Pritchard has underscored its strength in depth with a new Partner appointment as part of a raft of internal appointments.
Senior Associate, Rachel Murray-Smith becomes a Partner, having joined the firm in 2014.
Rachel specialises in projects and procurement matters and has a particular interest in and focus on construction.
She has built up extensive non-contentious construction experience and works across a range of construction contracts.
Rachel also plays an active role in Sharpe Pritchard’s dedicated adjudication unit – Sharpe Pritchard Adjudication – and has advised on issues such as interim application disputes, final payment disputes, defects liability and overpayment claims.
Meanwhile, Solicitors Amy Nice, Niki Constantinou, Laura Campbell and Allan Owen are all alos promoted to Associate. All four trained at the firm.
