What others say

William has acted for my authority in relation to injunction applications, appeals and committal proceedings in High Court and Court of Appeal.  His understanding of court procedure is second to none, he knows the system inside out and one can always be confident of his practical and prompt advice, based upon his vast experience and depth of knowledge.  He is also very accessible and easy to deal with, which are qualities of invaluable assistance to those instructing himKatherine Stubbs, Solicitor at Aylesbury Vale District Council.

William’s pragmatic and flexible approach to conducting High Court and Court of Appeal litigation has proved invaluable in securing outcomes and remedies with ‘real-world’ relevance and impact; an obvious and attractive attribute when confronting regulatory issues with often determined opponents under heightened stakeholder scrutinyGary Duthie, Senior Lawyer from South Cambridgeshire District Council.
