Sarah specialises in advising clients on complex property title issues, major re-development & regeneration schemes and compulsory purchase acquisitions.

Sarah acts for a wide range of clients including local authorities, other public sector clients (including government bodies), landowners, developers and funders.  Having been on secondment to a local authority and also having integrated seamlessly with a government funder to disperse government funding for property development on one of the government’s largest funds, Sarah is able to understand, focus and deliver on the outcomes her clients wish to achieve, working around complex and niche issues to facilitate solutions.

Sarah has acted on a number of high profile developments across the UK including urban regeneration schemes, infrastructure schemes and residential development schemes, regularly drafting and advising on various contracts, transfers, deeds, leases, deeds of variation and licences.

Additionally, Sarah specialises in undertaking detailed title due diligence, breaking down complex issues into simple accessible points as well as identifying legal impediments and providing appropriate solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.

Sarah, I just wanted to send you one more message to say that the wording is absolutely perfect! I really appreciate your help with this.
