He advises in complex and often politically sensitive public sector project work, including in the health & social security, highways & transportation, education and social services sectors across a wide range of delivery models and contract types. He is a very experienced and effective negotiator and is often called upon to “troubleshoot” on problem contracts. Paul also has considerable experience in the field of administrative and public law generally.
Paul advises clients in a wide range of sectors including central government, the construction industry, education, facilities management, health and social care, local government, social housing and transportation.
Paul is a member of the Procurement Lawyers Association and the State Aid Law Association. He regularly lectures on contract, procurement and state aid issues.
