Nicola Sumner


Nicky heads the infrastructure group at Sharpe Pritchard. She has over 20 years’ experience of advising on complex procurements, infrastructure projects,  outsourcing projects, PPP and PFI projects, commercial contracts and public law.

She advises in a wide range of sectors including central government, local government, utilities and waste.

Nicky is the joint author of Defra’s Waste Infrastructure Delivery Programme’s Residual Waste Treatment Contract.

She is a member of the Procurement Lawyers’ Association.
