Luke Amarn is an Employment Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. Prior to joining Sharpe Pritchard, he trained at a firm in the South East where he completed two seats in Employment, gaining experience of working with education institutions, charities, and corporate clients on a range of employment matters.
Luke graduated with First-Class Honours in Law from the University of Liverpool before completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
Luke has experience across a broad range of employment law, including drafting employee handbooks and policies for employers and providing legal analysis on issues relating to worker status. He also has experience of matters involving the Working Time Regulations and discrimination, as well as wider HR and employment issues.
Luke takes a clear and pragmatic approach to employment matters, with a focus on identifying and limiting risk. He has strong attention to detail and takes into account the wider commercial and practical objectives of employers.
