Jemima is a Junior Associate in the Commercial and Infrastructure teams specialising in commercial contracting, procurement, and energy and infrastructure projects.
Jemima has experience advising on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, with particular expertise in technology, energy and infrastructure projects. She has worked with both public and private sector clients in relation to significant outsourcing and technology contracts, procurement matters and commercial transactions. In regards to her energy experience, Jemima has advised on a range of projects including a major oil and gas company in relation to the continuity of its retail and supply network in New Zealand, and the establishment of product storage and transfer arrangements. She has also assisted an offshore wind developer with its submission on the government’s proposed approaches to managing feasibility activities for offshore renewable energy projects. Jemima also has experience advising clients on corporate governance, and constitutional and regulatory frameworks.
