James is an Associate in the Litigation Department. He acts for many public sector bodies including central and local governments, executive agencies and housing associations. James also has secondment experience to both central and local government clients.
James regularly advises, drafts pleadings and supports clients with high profile judicial review cases; high profile injunction proceedings; residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes; and contractual disputes in a variety of different forums.
James has advocacy experience in the County Court and experience of various forms of alternative dispute resolution.
James adopts a diligent and pragmatic approach to ensure that client objectives are met.
