Francesca is a Junior Associate in the Real Estate team at Sharpe Pritchard LLP and assists clients with complex regeneration schemes, acquisitions and disposals and performing title due diligence.

Francesca also plays a key role with supporting clients on the compulsory purchase process. She is dedicated to assisting clients in navigating the complexities of CPOs, offering tailored support and efficient solutions to achieve successful outcomes.

Francesca’s role:

Francescas covers a broad range of both contentious and transactional property law, assisting with complex lease and title reports as well as CPO inquiries and judicial reviews. She acts for a wide range of clients including both local authorities and central government bodies.
