Beatrice, an Associate in the firm’s Infrastructure department, advises on public procurement, subsidy control, and commercial contracts.

Beatrice has experience with subsidy control issues, including the Subsidy Control Act 2022 and UK Subsidy Control Statutory Guidance. Beatrice also handles public procurement matters, navigating regulations and advising on contract changes and direct awards. Additionally, she has expertise in defence and security, utilities, concessions, and below-threshold contracts. In commercial contracts, she assists with drafting various agreements, including public contracts, grant agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and IP Licence Agreements.
