Anna Carman is an Associate in the Infrastructure and Corporate team, specialising in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and governance matters.
Prior to joining Sharpe Pritchard, Anna worked at a leading New Zealand law firm where she acted on complex, high value domestic and cross border transactions across a range of sectors including energy and infrastructure, private equity and professional services.
Anna is pragmatic, commercially minded and outcome driven. She enjoys working closely with clients on transactions, taking time to understand their strategic objectives and guiding them through each stage of a deal.
