The firm secured an impressive array of accolades, including being ranked 1st in the league table for best mid-sized companies to work for in London, 9th overall in the UK and 5th in the best law firms within the UK category, achieving a two-star status under the prestigious Best Companies Accreditation for the second year running. This is the third year Sharpe Pritchard has been recognised at the awards.
The accreditation and the improvement within the rankings underscores the firm’s dedication to cultivating a positive work environment and establishing itself as an employer of choice within the legal industry.
The Best Companies Award is a highly respected accolade that recognises organisations demonstrating exceptional employee satisfaction and engagement. Results are based on an anonymous surveys across the firm.
This year’s results were overwhelmingly positive, 95% of staff surveyed stated they were proud to work for the firm, with 86% of staff indicating that their job was providing them with valuable experience for their future. Furthermore, 81% expressed their satisfaction with their current work life balance, indicating a healthy equilibrium between professional and personal life.
Started in 2001, with the aim of building happier, healthier workforces, the Best Companies Accreditation is now recognised as a standard in workplace engagement.
