We are delighted to announce that Sharpe Pritchard, in collaboration with BPP, has participated in the innovative reverse mentoring scheme that has just won The Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Award 2023 at the AGCAS Awards.
The groundbreaking initiative was acknowledged by AGCAS (Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services) for its significant contribution to equality, diversity, and inclusivity, reflecting our ongoing commitment to these key principles.
The reverse mentoring scheme, a collaborative initiative led by BPP, was designed to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace by facilitating reciprocal learning experiences between aspiring and trainee lawyers (the mentors) and the participating firms (the mentees).
The scheme fosters an open environment for exchanging ideas, knowledge, and perspectives across different hierarchical levels, thus bridging the gap and improving communication between employees of various backgrounds and generations. The success of this program in promoting an inclusive and diverse work culture has been truly inspiring.
BPP, as the lead of the initiative, has worked relentlessly to promote equality and inclusivity, and we are extremely proud to have played a role in this laudable endeavour.
