Sharpe Pritchard appointed to key social housing framework

Sharpe Pritchard is delighted to announce our appointment to the new legal services framework for the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) which commences July 2024 and runs for the next four years.

CHIC is a member owned consortium of over 200 public sector bodies, comprised principally of Registered Providers and Local Authorities which offers its members costs savings and efficiencies through access to a panel of specialist law firms.

Sharpe Pritchard has been appointed to the Corporate, Governance & Finance and Property Lots.
