As parliamentary agents, Sharpe Pritchard promote private bills in the UK Parliament. In December 2014 the Buckinghamshire County Council (Filming on Highways) Act 2014 made it onto the statute book. Emyr Thomas was the parliamentary agent responsible for the act’s promotion.

The act enables the county council to close highways for film making and will enhance the county’s status as a centre for film making expertise.

Sharpe Pritchard have previously promoted similar bills for the London boroughs and for Hertfordshire County Council.
