Legal Best is a network of around 20 law firms which encourages members of staff to engage with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT+) diversity issues. Legal Best is coordinated by a committee with a participant from each member firm, which meets every month. Throughout the year the network hosts events which provides support, education, and social events for its members.

Joining Legal Best, builds on the previous initiatives undertaken by the firm, such as adopting the Halo code, joining the NOTICED network and the Business Disability Forum, the Mindful Business Charter, our flexible and family friendly policies as well as being a signatory to the Law Society’s Diversity Inclusion Charter.
