This course will update practitioners on recent procurement case law and practice post-Brexit

Deborah Down spent around 20 years working for local authorities as a contracts and procurement lawyer before joining Sharpe Pritchard where she continues to work predominantly for local authorities. Procurement forms a major part of her work, specialising in leisure, facilities and construction.
