Course overview: This course will update practitioners on recent procurement case law and practice post-Brexit

Suitable audience: All legal advisers working in procurement

The impact of Brexit and the rules that now apply
Advertising requirements
Case law as appropriate on evaluation, modifications, concessions, ineffectiveness

Duration: Half a day (3 training hours) including lunch

Presenter profiles:

Deborah Down spent around 20 years working for local authorities as a contracts and procurement lawyer before joining Sharpe Pritchard where she continues to work predominantly for local authorities. Procurement forms a major part of her work, specialising in leisure, facilities and construction.
