We are looking for project and construction specialists ideally with an understanding of and experience in both contentious and non contentious projects work. Experience of adjudication and other forms of dispute resolution is highly desirable as well as a genuine interest in public sector work

  • Legal Executive (Compulsory Purchase Orders)

We are now recruiting for a Legal Executive to support our Real Estate team. You will have experience in the following:-

  • Real estate due diligence;
  • Identifying land ownership and undertaking land referencing;
  • Drafting statutory notices and compulsory purchase orders and related documents e.g. general vesting declarations;
  • Arranging publication of notices in national and local press;
  • Assisting with preparation of Statements in support of compulsory purchase orders and other related orders;
  • Assisting in preparation and arrangements for public inquiries.
  • Part-time Data and IT solicitor

We are looking for an experienced data and IT solicitor to join our ICT team on a permanent, part-time basis, ideally three days a week although we are very happy to discuss alternative flexible working arrangements. You will have a strong academic background and have experience in drafting and advising on a a wide range of technology, outsourcing and commercial contracts particularly in relation to data protection/GDPR issues. Experience of public procurement law and the application of Public Contract Regulations 2015 is highly desirable.
