CURRENT VACANCIES

  • Data Protection and Freedom of Information solicitor, 3-4PQE

You will have current experience of data protection and freedom of information law.

  • Commercial Contract/Procurement solicitor, 3-4PQE

You will have up to date knowledge of and experience in public procurement and contract law. Experience of data and technology law is highly desirable.

  • Planning solicitor, senior associate or partner level

You will have current knowledge and experience of planning law, infrastructure authorisation and other legislative processes including compulsory purchase and compensation law.

  • Projects/Construction solicitor, 3-4PQE

We are looking for a project and construction specialist ideally with an understanding of and experience in both contentious and non contentious projects work. Experience of adjudication and other forms of dispute resolution is highly desirable as well as a genuine interest in public sector work.

  • Real Estate solicitor, 0-2PQE

You will have up to date knowledge of and experience in                              property law and practice within the public sector.                                          Experience of compulsory purchase orders is desirable.

TRAINING CONTRACTS

The application period for training contracts starting in August 2020 has now expired. The application period for August 2021 contracts will open in late Spring 2019.
