We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic, successful and friendly professional services firm where you can really make your mark. This is a true generalist role within a successful, forward thinking and growing law firm. You will be assisted by external marketing consultants to support and coordinate internal and external marketing initiatives.

Our office is within easy access of Kings Cross and Farringdon mainline stations and Chancery Lane tube.
The role is suitable for flexible hybrid working although the successful candidate will be required to attend our modern office a minimum of two days each week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with the COO to develop marketing strategy and take forward new initiatives
- Design and delivery of digital and marketing campaigns
- Working with external agencies to ensure that they are adequately briefed and kept to deadline
- Plan and run online and in-person conferences and events to budget
- Ensure the website and intranet is regularly updated/refreshed with one eye on the user journey
- Run the firm’s social media channels
- Update and develop the annual marketing and BD calendar, running associated communications and activity
- Coordinate and manage directory and awards submissions and follow up
- Manage PR for major frameworks and framework members
- Draft successful awards entries to raise the profile of our firm, practice areas and people
- Build and manage CRM
- Support CSR committee and other committees with publicity for key initiatives
- Support HR with marketing for recruitment and positioning the firm as an employer of choice
- Draft/coordinate PR and press with firm’s outsourced marketing consultants
- Co-ordinate articles, blogs and video from across the firm, ensuring that they are promoted in a timely way
- Maintain brand consistency and build brand awareness
- Support business development initiatives
- Prepare internal newsletter
- Generate fresh and engaging ideas to raise the profile of the firm, practice areas and experience to support winning work, framework success and recruitment and retention.
- Set up and provide regular reporting on performance of campaigns, social media, website and other channels
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget

About you
Essential Requirements
- A constructive, proactive and solution focused professional.
- Well organised with the ability to delegate effectively and communicate credibly
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working within professional services (ideally legal)
- Demonstrable years marketing experience
- Advanced knowledge of social media including X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Line management experience
- The ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel and Powerpoint
Highly Desirable
- Marketing degree or other relevant discipline
- Experience with legal practice management systems (CRMs)

Our HQ is based in London. The firm is generally supportive of flexible hybrid working and following the successful completion of the probation period will require you to travel to London a minimum of two days (40%) of the working week. Flexibility will be required.
