Monique is an Associate in the Corporate/Infrastructure team specialising in acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and corporate governance.
She has experience advising domestic and international clients across a range of sectors, including the energy and infrastructure sectors. With experience working on a wide range of corporate transactions, Monique has also advised on fundraisings, recapitalisations, share buybacks and restructurings, as well as a multitude of general corporate governance matters. She regularly works with regulated entities, including listed companies. Her experience includes advising a specialist global infrastructure manager in relation to the disposal of PPP assets, and advising central government clients on transactional and general matters.
Monique is a commercially minded solicitor who works closely with clients to understand the requirements of a transaction and provide fulsome, dynamic and practical advice.
