Leading law firm Sharpe Pritchard LLP was proud to once again sponsor the Magical Taxi Tour this September.
This heart-warming charity event takes hundreds of children with serious illnesses on a dream trip to Disneyland Paris.
Now in its third year of support, the firm joined fellow sponsors, volunteers and London cab drivers at Canary Wharf’s Big Breakfast send-off, where the convoy of iconic black cabs began their journey across the Channel.
Organised annually by the Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers, the Magical Taxi Tour has, for over thirty years, brought joy to hundreds of children living with chronic and life-limiting conditions.
More than one hundred vehicles and four hundred participants take part each year, with the event made possible by the generosity of drivers, volunteers, sponsors and the wider community.
Sharpe Pritchard staff marked the occasion by joining in the celebrations and donning fancy dress, helping to create a magical start to the journey for the children. Their sponsorship will help four children’s trip to Disneyland via two taxis.
