Bridget is an Associate in the Infrastructure team, specialising in infrastructure and energy projects, complex commercial contracts and regulatory issues.

Your role:

Prior to joining Sharpe Pritchard, Bridget worked at a leading New Zealand law firm, where she advised a broad range of clients (including some of New Zealand’s largest public sector entities) on major projects, significant transactions, and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors. She regularly drafts complex agreements, assists with commercial negotiations, and advises on legal and regulatory issues.

Bridget is considered, solutions focussed and commercial in her approach and enjoys navigating the complexities of a project or transaction, particularly at the intersection of commercial and regulatory matters. She collaborates closely with clients, understanding their key drivers, to achieve the best outcomes for them.
