Experience

Tim has extensive experience of advising on public procurement, framework agreements and local government law. Tim led the team that in November 2010 closed a major Shared Services contract which involved an outsourcing contract and linked framework agreement. Prior to joining Sharpe Pritchard in 2008, Tim was the Solicitor to the Council at Cambridgeshire County Council, a position which Tim held for over 3 years. Tim therefore has extensive experience of what is important to the public sector. Tim draws upon this knowledge to ensure that rather than becoming a barrier, the law becomes a powerful tool in helping a client achieve their objectives.
