John Harrison acted for Buckinghamshire County Council in securing major benefits under a section 106 agreement allied to an application for a development including 3000 new homes near Aylesbury. As part of the deal, one secondary and two primary schools will be built and there will be major highway improvements including a new public transport interchange.
