Sharpe Pritchard have been appointed to a legal panel advising Melton District Council on a £2.5m PPP project to design, refurbish, operate and maintain the Waterfield Leisure Pool in Melton Mowbray.

The team is being led by Sally Stock. Also on the team are Lynne Girard and Annie Moy.

Commenting on the appointment Roseanne Serrelli, Client Partner on the project said, “We are delighted to be working on this project which is a very significant one for Melton. Leisure procurement is both interesting and challenging and we are pleased to have expanded our practice in this area still further."
