Sharpe Pritchard has been appointed to provide a comprehensive legal service for Suffolk County Council's commercial team under a sole adviser framework agreement.

Sharpe Pritchard's projects team, led by Partners Roseanne Serrelli and Julia Rudin, won the contract despite stiff competition during the procurement process. Under the arrangement Sharpe Pritchard will provide a broad range of support for PFIs and PPPs, procurement, employment, property and innovative service arrangements. Major procurements planned by the Council include waste, highways, residential homes and Building Schools for the Future (BSF) projects.
