We are delighted to announce that Wandsworth Borough Council has awarded Sharpe Pritchard a five year exclusive contract for the provision of litigation related legal services, commencing in July 2010.

The services were previously performed externally by a private firm of regional solicitors but will now be supplied from central London by Sharpe Pritchard's litigation team, overseen by partner, Roy Richards and senior solicitor, Mari Roberts.

The contract was tendered under a ‘restricted procedure’ competition process and awarded to Sharpe Prtichard based upon the most economically advantageous tender in terms of quality, price, technical merit, effectiveness of proposed systems and working methods, staffing and supervision, cost effectiveness, and arrangements for ensuring consistently high quality service delivery.
