BSF win for Sharpe Pritchard
Sharpe Pritchard has been appointed for a major BSF project by Cambridgeshire County Council.
A team led by Partners Paul O'Sullivan, Roseanne Serrelli and Julia Rudin, will be providing legal services in conjunction with the in-house team on the Council's Building Schools for the Future (BSF) project. The appointment was made from the Council's panel of legal advisers, following a mini-competition.
The Council has been included in Wave 4 of the BSF programme. The first BSF project will relate to six schools in Fenland, with the overall BSF project seeing more than 30 schools in Cambridgeshire remodelled or rebuilt.
Sharpe Pritchard are already working with the Council's legal and project teams on its waste, street lighting and heritage PFI’s.
Paul O'Sullivan said: "We have a long and successful track record of working closely with Cambridgeshire on many of its major projects. This appointment is very important to the firm and we relish working with the Council again on such a significant project."
