Sharpe Pritchard appointed by Bracknell Forest Council
The Sharpe Pritchard projects team is delighted to have been appointed by Bracknell Forest Council as external legal advisers to the Garth Hill BSF One School Pathfinder Project. The £25 million project will involve constructing a brand new school, demolishing the old buildings and providing top class sports facilities for use by students and the local community.
The Team will be led by senior solicitors, Annie Moy and Tim Farr. Solicitor Jo Hawkins will provide property law advice. The project will also benefit from the extensive experience of partner Paul O’Sullivan.
This appointment confirms the team’s growing reputation in advising on BSF projects. Sharpe Pritchard are currently advising Cambridgeshire County Council and Suffolk County Council on their BSF projects and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on its BSF One School Pathfinder Project.
Tim Farr said, "We are delighted to work in partnership with Bracknell Forest Council on this exciting project. We understand how complex and resource intensive these projects can be. At Sharpe Pritchard we can draw on our skills and experience to find pragmatic solutions to the issues that councils face, thereby moving the project forward and making their resources go further."
